Warm Weather Shipping Information
Chocolate will melt when exposed to temperatures above 72 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Things to consider when shipping chocolate. Number of shipping days to destination. Current weather of final destination.
- Time in transit does not include the day that your order is processed and leaves our facility. For example: If your order is processed, labeled and picked up by the carrier on Monday, the first transit day is Tuesday. An order with the expected transit time of 2 days should arrive on Wednesday the 2nd transit day.
- Shipping days are business days which are Monday through Friday. This does NOT include Saturday, Sunday and Federal Holidays.
- We ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays only.
- Warm weather packaging includes, thermal liners, ice packs and styrofoam packing peanuts to keep your chocolates safe from heat.
WE DO NOT SHIP CHOCOLATE WHEN THE WEATHER IS ABOVE 90 DEGREES.
Shipping Information
- We use UPS and USPS Priority Mail as our shipping carriers.
- Estimated days in transit are not guaranteed.
- Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after receiving.
- If a product is not available we will contact you by email or phone.
- We do our best to package all orders to survive the perils of the shipping industry.
- Please remember, once a package leaves our facility we have zero control over what happens to it. Emails are important to provide tracking numbers for you to check on your package.
